SimpalUK provides free six-month pre-paid SIM cards with 20GB or more of data per month, and mobile devices where possible, to anyone facing digital poverty — whether that’s caused by a life-threatening illness, recovering from addiction, fleeing domestic abuse, or serious financial hardship. No means testing. No waiting lists.
Our pre-loved phones can’t be guaranteed to work with every app, and most won’t meet the security requirements of banking or similarly demanding apps — but all of them work with WhatsApp and the NHS App.

I need support myself
You don’t need a diagnosis to qualify. If you’re cut off from the people and services you need — because of illness, addiction recovery, domestic abuse, financial hardship, or anything else — you can apply directly.
SimpalUK support and referral forms are open Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 10am to 5pm (closed on UK bank holidays).
