SimPal has provided the team I work for, with a much-needed resource especially in terms of digital poverty for those working with vulnerable people. I work with mental health, and the provision of a phone or computer, helps to improve a person’s life in terms of their mental health and the isolation they feel. The SimPal charity is plugging a hole in society for those unable to access any form of communication.SimPal are generous and responsive to professionals request for phones or computers and to what is offered to the kind of clients I work with in terms of a phone card and sim card.
