I am a social worker working in adult social care. I was working with a service user who was in a very unsafe situation and needed some social care input, mental health support and support to move house. Unfortunately he had no phone, which made it hard for him to call for help when needed or for professionals to get in touch with him. SimPal helped us with a phone and sim card for the gentleman and it has made such a difference to him. He is now receiving the right support and has moved to a property where he will now be safe. The phone is allowing us to stay in regular contact with him and he is starting to make contact with estranged family using it so is less isolated. Thanks so much for the phone and data it has made a big difference.
