I would just like to thank everyone at SimPal who awarded me with a mobile phone and a 6-month prepaid SIM card when I really needed it most. I truly appreciate all their help, as this has made it possible for me to stay connected and in touch with the medical professionals involved in my care and treatment for various health problems.Due to their kind gift, I have also been able to stay in touch with health professionals and dentists who are involved in my four kids’ care. Since having the mobile phone and SIM card, it has been an important lifeline for us as a family and has resulted in a positive outcome. My kids haven’t missed a health appointment since.I am so overwhelmed by the kindness of everyone involved. You so generously awarded me with not only a phone and SIM card, but you gifted me the invaluable opportunity of being able to stay connected to my important support network of family and health professionals while I’m going through a new 5-year treatment for a serious health problem.My kids have also been able to connect to the mobile hotspot and use the internet to do their schoolwork. They no longer have to be embarrassed by going to school and explaining to their teacher that they couldn’t complete their homework because they didn’t have internet access. This happened because I had to decide not to pay the internet bill so I could buy my son a new pair of shoes since he had outgrown his only pair.
