I just wanted to send a quick email to say thank you so much for your help with the phone and the sim. It is appreciated, more than words can fully express. The lady was overjoyed and has talked on visits since, of the difference that it makes knowing that she can contact the outside world when she needs to and in fact was able to contact me in quite an urgent situation last week.
