Just to let you know I have gratefully received the phone and Sim. I have been to O2 and received the PAC No, then Vodafone shop, and now up and running. Thanks to you and the Charity I can keep up to progress going forward. I start a computer course next Monday so will gain knowledge and experience to navigate going forward as well.
