The phone and sim card have both been received and I was able to give it to my client yesterday. He was so grateful and has already got himself set up with an appointment with the job centre so is already able to move forwards with trying to sort some banking and universal credit and hopefully we’ll be able to get him into some more secure housing soon too, thanks to the help you’ve provided.Thank you again for everything you do, it really does open doors for people that need that assistance and are stuck unable to move forwards without it.
