Children and young person link worker, Sunderland

On the back of Kirsty being given the Sim this meant that she could contact me when she couldn’t afford to get her son to his last Social Prescribing appointment with me. I picked him up from home so he could still get to his volunteer placement and back. He is enjoying his volunteering and dug out an area and planted Daffodils in a community garden. This activity is so important to him and enhances his Home Education. The work you do and the positive knock-on effect it has is absolutely amazing.
