Dear Chris,We are so grateful for the laptop you have sent us. It’s going to help greatly for me in being able to attend Microsoft Teams meetings and courses, as well as making/amending various officialdom-type things. I’m mostly housebound so it’s an invaluable conduit to the outside world.Oh, and emails are so much easier to deal with too on a screen you aren’t squinting at!For my daughter, who is autistic, it’s perfect for college assignments and research.The last assignment she did was the old fashioned way, putting pen to paper (which isn’t a bad thing).That is, until you get caught in a torrential downpour and your rucksack isn’t waterproof….needless to say it got ruined and she got very upset.Now, she can type and submit her assignments electronically. (She doesn’t know it yet but I’m getting her a new fully waterproof rucksack with a protective compartment for the laptop for Christmas).You have made this all possible for us.We are so very grateful and both offer our heartfelt thanks to you.
