Please accept my heartfelt gratitude and appreciation for donating a smart phone to me.I was really struggling with my 3rd hand iPhone that was becoming increasingly unreliable and had a very broken screen (though I’d used it for over 10years!).It’s a real game changer for me. I have a bigger, (and unbroken) screen and can go online and deal with emails so much more easily.I am largely housebound and live with an autistic daughter which is challenging and at times lonely. The phone is my only connection to the outside world.Thank you again for making a real difference in improving my life.
