Community Health and Wellbeing Worker, Plymouth

My resident had unfortunately suffered a medical incident and during this time his phone was stolen. I contacted SimPal via a very simple easy to assess referral form , within 24 hours I received a response from Chris , who could not have been more helpful and kinder. A phone was received within the week. My resident can now make his GP appointments , pay his bills, and keep in contact with his family again ! Thank you so much Chris , you really are changing peoples lives.
