Community Links Practitioner, Glasgow

I’ve found SimPal to be a vital resource in my work as a Community Links Practitioner. Having no phone makes accessing essential services and support incredibly difficult. Making a GP appointment becomes a challenge. Finding your way around a new city as a refugee becomes insurmountable. SimPal gives people this lifeline to care and support during what is already a difficult time and I know the people I have supported are incredibly grateful to the service.
