I really cannot thank Chris and the team at SimPal enough for the support you provide. I approached the service for help obtaining a handset for a homeless client. This client was engaging with all the support available, but the lack of access to a handset meant they were forced to walk miles throughout the day to speak to different organisations. It really demonstrates how important your work is in tackling digital exclusion. Thank you!I have seen the client since, and their situation and wellbeing has increased noticably.
