I received the phone and sim card yesterday and I am extremely grateful. I Got it all set up in no time at all and was so happy as I was able to have the video call with my three children that was well over due. Christmas sure has came early for me .SimPal have been amazing for me. They have helped me in the best way possible. Not only were they able provide me with a free SIM card and a smart handset They have made it possible to speak to my children which is amazing as I have not had contact with them in a while.SimPal have been very understanding and accommodated my needs by going at that extra mile Which has helped my mental health massively.
