I just wanted to let you know that our patient came to collect the phone and sim yesterday. I wish you could see how grateful this lady was! I cannot explain what joy this gift has brought to her face. She was shaking when I handed it to her and was whispering “Thank you! Thank you! You have no idea what difference this will make for me”…Thank you and your team for this positive experience. This has totally made my day!
