Just dropping you a quick email to say thank you for your prompt and efficient service.The phone arrived on Monday and it was very easy to set up with the Vodafone SIM card.I have been able to give it to the intended recipient who I have been working with in my role as Mental Health Housing First Worker for some time now. He has experienced a lot of trauma and disadvantage in his life and most recently has undergone cataract surgery which was life changing for him as it meant his eyesight has improved to the extent that he is able to resume his pastime of being a very talented portrait artist, which he had not been able to participate in for some time due to his failing eyesight.Previously, his eyesight also prevented him from being able to see the display on his mobile phone, but he is now looking forward to using his new SimPal phone to phone his mum and daughters and take pictures of things he comes across which inspire his artwork. It will also help his workers, such as myself to keep in touch with him and to make sure he doesn’t miss any appointments.
