Rebecca, St Mungo’s

I’d like to thank you and your organisation for the phones you have provided to a number of clients being supported by St Mungo’s. I’m not sure if you realise the tangible difference a phone makes to a person who have faced so many challenges but from just the handful of clients I have spoken to they have reconnected with friends and family, been able to call for help when in danger, logged into UC account to fulfil jobcentre responsibilities and avoid sanctioning, making a doctor’s appointment. It sounds so small when put into words but as you’ll know it makes the world of difference.
