Refugee and Asylum Seeker Service,  Hounslow

Firstly, you’re always cheerful on the phone and just speak normally to people no airs or graces which is hard to come by these days.But more importantly you are providing a service that is hard to find as most will only deal with the partners they work with or a certain group of people, making it difficult for those that can’t afford a laptop, phone or SIM to stay in touch with the ever-growing digital world. I work with Asylum seekers and those under the Home For Ukraine Scheme, so they are either on low income or have no access to public funds. The laptops you have provided me for my clients have allowed one of them to gain employment meaning he has gained his independence back, and another to continue his studies outside of the classroom which has helped with his mental health. Thank you to you and your team for all the hard work you do it is very much appreciated.
