Can I just say how helpful and important your service has been to allow us to be able to offer a phone to individuals we are working with.You have been able to support patients to be able to have a lifeline that they can make contact with services if they are unwell or for services to be able to get hold of them, which is important.Your help has made a difference to vulnerable people in our community.Thank you again
