I would also like to share how grateful the lady who you helped me out with a phone for earlier in the year. She was going for an extremely difficult time with anti-social behaviour with her neighbours, with your help with a mobile phone I was able to arrange for her to have a ring door bell which linked to the phone. It meant she had better control of who was coming to her front door. It also meant she could keep in contact with her mum who was struggling with poor health. You are doing great work!
