Working for the NHS, I regularly come across vulnerable people who are in desperate need of connection and ways to keep those connections strong, so they can live better lives. Sim Pal has always been fast and efficient with enquiries, and consistently handles each case with such warmth and humanity that the whole process becomes a pleasure rather than a struggle, which, sadly, is not always the experience in the charity sector. If more organisations operated this way, life for so many vulnerable people would be so much less stressful.
